I pride myself on delivering bespoke, personal services to all of my couples which is why I work exclusively with couples with a guest list of 100 or fewer. I am always happy to recommend some fabulous coordinators who love to help create larger, more elaborate celebrations if you have a particularly generous guest list!
On the day Coordination
– Liaising with suppliers and venue to create a timeline for your event
– Meeting with suppliers on the day to coordinate event logistics
– Coordination/execution of venue dressing requirements (design cost would be additional - see design packages)
– Execution of your event timeline for up to 10 hours on the day
– Coordination of end-of-event breakdown requirements
– Hosting of guests where necessary and Master of Ceremonies service (announcements)

Partial Planning
– Initial chat upon booking and advice on planning stages
– Meeting with you (virtually or in person) around 8 weeks ahead of your wedding to discuss the finer details
– Support booking any remaining suppliers
– Reviewing contracts and organising supplier requirements
– Review of venue and Day Of logistics and requirements
– Advice on any outstanding details and requirements (transport bookings, onward journey recommendations etc.)
– Plus all services included within On The Day Coordination
